Spa Policies

At Bliss Beauty Spa our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel within 24 hour or no show for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service price. In order to cover the time lost due to last minute cancellation.

Late Policy:

If you are more then 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule. The late fee is the same as the cancellation fee since the same situation applies.

Eyelash Extension Policy:

Bliss Beauty Spa is not responsible for the work of other lash artists, so we do not fill other artists work. 

It may take us a few appointments to get the desired look you would like. We allow two days to fix any issues that arise, after two days, there is a fee to add any eyelash extensions, or to remove them.

Refund Policy:

Every attempt will be made to resolve any issues. However, Bliss Beauty Spa does not do refunds of any kind.
